We select the right independent designer for each renovation, and manage the project from our offices. Utilizing a company- wide project management system allows us to control costs, scope, schedule and changes in an integrated fashion.

Renovation Spotlight: The Bellevue Hilton
In 2006, DHC completed a seven plus million dollar renovation and conversion to Hilton of our Bellevue, WA hotel including the addition of Basil’s Kitchen, Basil’s Bar and Tully’s Coffee.  Post renovation,   REVPAR has  increased  over $15 and GOP by five points. Guest Service scores have soared past the Hilton Brand Average.
