Renovation Spotlight: The Marriott Deerfield   
In 2007, DHC completed a major overhaul of The Marriott Suites in Deerfield , Illinois and installation of Basil’s Bistro.  Post renovation the hotel’s improved performance includes a fifteen percent increase in revenue, a region leading GSI ranking from Marriott’s full service division, and a very measurable increase in ADR.
