The Dow Hotel Company takes a proactive approach to preserving the value of our properties through a complete asset protection plan. We work hard to protect our owners because we are owners.

Managers and key staff are trained in responding to natural disasters, such as fire, flood and earthquake, as well as vandalism and other criminal activity. We also have preventive maintenance programs in place, including major heating/mechanical equipment, technology, kitchens, public spaces and guest rooms. To further minimize losses, our employees are trained to recognize and immediately report any issues.
